Brief Status Report

So that was the superhero games I've run and most of the ones I've played in since college.  There is one campaign I have no electronic notes for nor can I currently locate my handwritten notes and that is the Maryland Department of Natural Resources Special Unit One (mentioned in the time line post).  That was us playing superheroes just as superheroes were becoming public knowledge.

[As I was typing this blog entry, I suddenly had an idea where those notes might be.  When I went and looked, I found a binder with notes on a completely different campaign I had forgotten about.  It looks like it ran for 2 maybe 3 sessions and was the earliest superhero campaign our group ran after college.  I might type these notes up, but they are set in Millennium City in a non-identified state in the American Northeast, so don't hold your breath.  I still haven't found the notes for Special Unit One.]

Real Life has been a roller coaster for the past month.  My wife was caught up in a scam that posed as the FBI having a warrant for her arrest for money laundering.  It lasted a month or so until I eventually called the real FBI to verify things and was informed it was a common scam and my wife should break off all contact.  Lesson learned: always verify what people claim over the phone.

That's all for now.
